Michele Durtnell, británica, es certificada en GYROTONIC® i GYROKINESIS®. En el 2003 va introduir els mètodes a Catalunya amb el seu estudi GYROTONIC® Barcelona Centre, convertint-se en una de les pioneres a oferir la possibilitat de practicar-ho i s’ha establert com un centre lider per a la formació de professors.
Michele va començar a practicar GYROTONIC® a Londres a principis dels anys 90 i a continuació es va formar com a entrenadora a Roma. Des de llavors ha continuat formant-se en àrees especialitzades de GYROTONIC® com el curs terapèutic per a la columna lumbar i GYROTONIC® de nivell II.

Michele empezó a practicar GYROTONIC® en Londres a principios de los años 90 y a continuación se formó como entrenadora en Roma. Desde entonces a continuado formandose en áreas especializadas como el curso terapéutico para la columna lumbar y GYROTONIC® de nivel II.

Michele Durtnell, British authorised GYROTONIC® Pre-trainer (teachers training) and Certified GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® trainer, introduced the methods to Catalonia making GYROTONIC® BARCELONA CENTRE one of the pionering studios. Michele began practising GYROTONIC® in London in the early 90’s and went on to qualify as a teacher in Rome, and has subsequently gone on to qualify in specialist areas of GYROTONIC® such as the therapeutic lumbar spine course and GYROTONIC® level II.
